Vision

Our vision is of Cambodians free from avoidable and treatable blindness, contributing to the reduction in their Poverty

Mission

To be an agent in eliminating preventable and treatable blindness and poverty by providing quality diagnostic, curative and rehabilitative eye care; train eye personnel in provision of quality eye care, and conduct research relevant to eye conditions in Cambodia and neighboring countries.
